  • The easiest ways to reach us:

We typically respond to phone calls and emails within one business day, and same day during tax season. For new clients, the fastest way to get on the calendar is to book a consultation call online. Include what you are looking for!

  • We bill flat fees, quoted in writing before any work begins — never hourly surprises or hidden charges. Here's the structure by service:

    • Tax preparation is priced per return based on complexity. A simple W-2 return is at the lower end; returns with a Schedule C business, rental properties, multi-state activity, or business entity filings are priced higher. You'll see the quote before you commit.

    • Year-round tax planning is priced as a quarterly or annual engagement.

    • Monthly bookkeeping is priced as a flat monthly fee based on transaction volume and the number of bank and credit card accounts.

    • Other accounting services (1099 / W-2 preparation, IRS notice resolution, entity setup, ad-hoc advisory) are quoted on a per-project basis after a quick scoping call.
